Scheduling 

Appointments are subject to availability. Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property.

Estimates 

Estimates are based on visible conditions. Additional work resulting from concealed conditions requires approval before completion whenever practical.

Limitation 

Legendary Home Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by weather, utility interruptions, material shortages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Changes
